Description

Removing your EGT probes? Seal the hole with these cap kits.

Note: These will not fit our thread in fittings (EGT_0004). If using the thread in fittings, you will need to unscrew the fitting and replace with a 1/8″ NPT pipe plug instead. They will fit any of our weld in fittings.

Sold in packs of 3.

What material are these made of?

  • They are stainless steel for a shiny, rust free appearance.

    What is the thread size for the threads that are within this cap? I took a chance and already purchased this set of caps to cover an EGT probe port from a different source from many years ago. These don't fit. The outside of these caps uses a 9/16" wrench, exactly like the EGT probe that I'm removing from my vehicle, so you would think it would be close but it's not.

    The threads are 3/8"-16 coarse thread.
